Just a few quick notes from the meeting:

* Newks wants to come to Jennings!  We need more ideas & more discussion about dates to finalize plans!  Please email committee with input

* League starts Feb 15!

* We will check on lights (timer) at Franklin Park.

*  Brittney's court will not be available until the lights are changed out.

* You have 2 weeks to make up a match!  Two weeks to makeup rainouts.  Contact us if you have an injury.

* We would still like to help the country club raise money to resurface their courts.  The Club suggested that we sell jambalaya tickets.

* Don't forget to stretch before your matches to prevent injuries!

We even got to see her a little choked up after a standing ovation!   A big thank you to Carol and Andrea for organizing the gifts to Brittney, Mary, Aimee, Dione, Elisha and Kris, and to everyone who donated money.  Brittney and the committee want to spread the tennis bug and keep everyone on the courts on Monday night!  We will keep SERVING!
