S'mores Cookie Recipe

 

I had several of you asked for the S'mores Cookie Recipe.  

I start with this chocolate chip cookie recipe: https://cookiesandcups.com/crumbl-cookie-recipe-copycat-chocolate-chip-cookie/.  I use the Ghiradelli Milk Chocolate chips.  This is the BEST chocolate chip cookie recipe I have ever tried!

If I'm in a hurry I just use a refrigerated cookie dough or the Betty Crocker Cookie Dough mix in a bag.

Place graham crackers on a cookie sheet, then scoop cookie dough on top.  I use about 1-1/2 Tbsp of dough per graham cracker.  Bake at 375 for 5 minute.  Remove from oven and press in 3 miniature marshmallows and one square of a Hershey Bar per cookie and bake for 5 more minutes. The cookies are done when the edges are brown.  :)

Note:  I did not have a Hershey Bar for the cookies yesterday, so I just used lots of Ghiradelli Milk Chocolate Chips!
