Adult Clinic- Saturday July 7th at the Jennings Elementary School Courts

8:30 – 10am 2.5-3.0 Adult Clinic -$35 (limit First 6 players)

10:00-11:30am - 3.5 Adult Clinic-$35(limit First 6 players)

11:30-1:00am - 4.0 Adult Clinic-$35(limit First 6 players)

Junior Clinic:

1-2pm -(6-9 year olds) Beginners– $25

2-3pm (6-9 year olds) Intermediate--$25

Reschedules

We know that summer vacations will call for many rescheduled matches.  Matches should be made up within one week if at all possible.  Please send Brittney a text or an email about your reschedules.  JHS lights can only be turned on on Monday nights.  If you would like to play your reschedule at JHS, please plan to play it early enough so that you will not need to use the lights.  Or, you may want to plan to play the rescheduled match elsewhere.  Thank You!  Have fun ladies!

Jennings Tennis Boosters 1st Annual Tennis Tournament

July 27th & 28th, 2012

Divisions: 10-13 yr. olds - Co-ed Singles only (Pro sets of 8 will be played)

                  14-18 yr. olds Singles only  - Beginner Boys Advanced Boys

(Best of 3 sets w/match tie breaker in lieu of 3rd set)

                            Beginner Girls Advanced Girls

(Best of 3 sets w/match tie breaker in lieu of 3rd set)

A player may play up but not down.

          19 & over - Ladies Doubles - 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0

(Best of 3 sets w/match tie breaker in lieu of 3rd set)

    

                     Mens Doubles - 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0

(Best of 3 sets w/match tie breaker in lieu of 3rd set)

Teams must play in the divisions of their highest ranked player.

Cost per player: $35.00 for 18 and under (includes t-shirt)

                              $40.00 for 19 and over (includes t-shirt)

Tournament begins at 4:00 p.m. Friday. Matches begin at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday

(Sunday play reserved for rain outs only)  Guaranteed at least 2 matches

Entry deadline: July 20,2012 or when full

Match times will be available on July 23, 2012

Tournament will be played at Jennings Elementary, Jennings High School, North Cutting Park and Franklin Park Tennis Courts.

USTA MIxed Doubles League in Lake Charles

Summer Schedules & Balls

The hardcopies of the summer schedules and rosters are at the Country Club.  Please pick up your balls for the matches that you are the home team.  Please review League Rules and Etiquette on the blog.

Summer schedules

Summer schedules have been emailed to you. If you did not get a schedule, please email Aimee to get one sent to you. We will have hard copies available later this week at the country club. We will let you know as soon as we have the balls and score sheets ready to pick up. Play begins May 14! If you already know that you will be going on vacation and will miss a match, please try to make it up early! Please review our league rules which are posted here on our blog. Good luck to everyone!
